Simply, we share the food and wine we love to eat and drink – which is exactly what you’ll find here at Gauge.

Taking inspiration from the bentwood chairs of a classic Parisian bistro and the warmth and conviviality of an Italian trattoria, our roots are proudly European: simple, honest and approachable (but able).

Having earnt his stripes at St Kilda’s Stokehouse and trendy Inkerman St hangout Luxe, owner Zeth Romanis brings his signature style and over 20 years of hospo experience to Gauge Bistro, his clever pocket in Ormond.
